We perform an assessment designed to identify the possible risks of harm to consumers related to the products and services offered by the institution in light of continually emerging and evolving interpretations and expectations around UDAAP standards. The scope of the review will incorporate principles of unfairness, deception, and abuse in the context of offering, disclosing, marketing and providing consumer financial products and services; assessing the risk that an institution’s practices may be unfair, deceptive, or abusive; identifying such practices; and understanding the interplay between UDAAP and other consumer protection statutes.
