In order for Sterling Compliance, LLC to perform contracted services, it may be necessary for the bank to provide us with confidential information regarding the bank’s business, products, services or customers. We agree to maintain the strictest professional conduct and information security standards to protect the confidentiality of any sensitive or non-public personal information of the bank, its employees or its customers. Use of information provided to us will be restricted to that which is necessary for the fulfillment of its obligation to the Bank under this contract.
